One night stay in Taipei

I would like to say thanks to the management and staff for all their assistance. They are truly a credit to the people of Taiwan. On arrival my credit card wouldn't work so I had to pay them money for the room. I needed to find a money exchange to get more Taiwan dollars. The management was kind enough to provide me with transportation to attempt to find a money exchange. Unfortunately the only one was back at the airport. They when out of their way to make sure I had dinner that evening and a taxi back to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and nicely stocked with water, coffee and tea, electric kettle. The bathroom was also clean and nicely stocked with

A hotel to avoid at all cost!

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One was a family room for 3 and a double bedded room. I booked this hotel as it was a walking distance of 10 mins to my friend's office. Firstly they made a mistake, we booked for 3 days and 2 nights for 2 rooms, but only 1 room was (double bedded) available for 2 nights. After some arguments, they apologized for the mistake as the rooms were overbooked. As such no family room, they gave us 2 double room instead for replacement of the family room . We have no choice but to bulk our luggage at my uncle room as the other 2 rooms were only available late at night. Secondly there was no bath towel for double bedded rooms only face towels. My uncle went down to ask for bath towel to bath, he was rejected, the management reason was they don't provide bath towels to double bedded rooms as they were dirty and no manpower to wash it, my uncle was very angry asking them how to use face towel to clean the whole body. Thirdly, the bath room and air-con was too near, as such u will be worried if there would be a electric shock and the the walls are really thin, u can hear the next door was having a bath or talking.
