Very nice stay after flying all day and night I needed a comfortable bed and shower and Comma did more than enough to provide me with what I needed to reset and recharge front desk was good with English and they had free drinks in the lobby and a microwave in the lounge on the 15th floor would recommend to anyone

Great location but the bed was stiff as a rock, the room was hot no matter how low the AC was, the pillows were awful, and the the bedding wasn’t big enough for the bed.

We got 2 rooms for my family. It was clean and they would clean it everyday. Staff were responsive. Air conditioning is a split type aircon and it was cold. There was free water and cold iced tea in the lobby to cool you off after a hot day.

Very clean and bright room, staffs are great and helpful. Very convenient locations and accessible, 5-7 mins walk to Ximending MRT station.
Had being staying in this hotel whenever we travel to Taipei.
Highly recommended to stay here.

Location is about 6km a walk to Ximen MRT station, and you can also walk to Taipei Main station (to catch AirPort Express) if the weather is kind. The path there is friendly for moving luggage, versus carrying the luggage down the steps at Ximen station!
Lots of eateries near to the hotel. I found two nice breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Room is big with balcony. Just that I wish the aircon can be stronger (even after setting at 16 degrees C).
