The condition of the hotel is good with all the necessary amenities. Please note that part of the property is a "love motel", so guests in those sections can drive their cars into the carpark attached to the respective rooms. Our family stayed in the regular rooms (i.e. non-love motel) for two nights.
Overall, the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the volume of the hallway speaker system (playing classical music) was loud enough to be heard through the room doors. Also, one of the neighbouring rooms was singing karaoke until 3-4am for one night and blasting party music the next night. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. The management may want to remind guests to keep the noise level down to a minimum after a certain hour.
Lastly, this property is not close to the city center, so it's advisable to drive if you plan to stay here.
