Excellent hotel! Clean room, great location, and cost saving

To have a good quality sleep during the trip, we two booked a two-queen beds Family Room at Calligraphy Greenway Hotel, and we really enjoyed it! The room was clean and the hotel location was great! Three minute walk to a Calligraphy Greenway shopping mall, which was so convenient for we girls to shop, do foot massage and eat gourmet food.
I also like to recommend you to add breakfast buffet with your room booking. Please do not expect this buffet provides tons variety like Taipei Regents etc. 5 star fancy hotels. It's cost economic - only US$3 to US$4 per person, but food quality and quantity definitely good enough to boost your energy and get you ready for your trip day. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant didn't provide orange juice but other juices only. (For our family room, it's $12 to upgrade the room with breakfast. The room can accommodate up to 4 people)

Good location, standard room, poor wifi

This hotel offers a good location that’s convenient for exploring the area. The room was what you’d expect at this price point – clean, functional, and equipped with standard amenities.
However, the wifi connection was frustratingly poor throughout my stay. The signal was weak and kept dropping, which is a significant drawback for anyone needing reliable internet.
If location is your priority and you’re not dependent on wifi, this place does the job. Otherwise, be prepared to use your mobile data.

Staff was nice, but the amenities are very disappointed, broken towers, uncomfortable bed……. The location is unbeatable, that’s why I gave it two stars.

It was obvious that the room was shabby, the floor was damaged, the furniture was old, and the bed sheets even had what looked like blood stains. After speaking with the staff, I was given another room, but that one had a musty smell and a leaking shower area. It was a terrible experience. If I hadn’t been exhausted after a full day of traveling, I would have taken my luggage and gone straight to another hotel. I had briefly checked the reviews before booking, but when I arrived and saw a sign in the elevator offering a gift for leaving a good review, I finally understood where all those “positive” ratings came from. Definitely not recommended.
