Spacious rooms but not recommended for motorcyclists
On paper this hotel looks fantastic, but in practice it is disappointing. The rooms are spacious and good, breakfast surprisingly extensive and also pool and sauna were appreciated. Unfortunately, the dinner was far below par (everything was served cold) and the staff, who were clearly overloaded, did not really appear customer friendly. For motorcyclists, the garage is a missed opportunity: only space for 4 motorbikes and €5 per motorbike extra. All in all not a hotel that we can recommend as motorcycle friendly.

Hotel.....3 stars absolutely not deserved
We stayed in house 3 and had two double bedrooms. The rooms were really worn out, with stained carpeting, totally rusted soap dispensers in the bathroom. Musty smell in the rooms, no blinds outside the windows. With a bit of luck, the TV will work, the internet only partially ready for use.
For breakfast: it was there what you needed. All very stupid and unattractive, the fruit salad looked like it was about to ferment.
The coffee tasted not at all-stand pre-cooked in a large container for tapping yourself !!!!!
If you want something from reception after 5:30 p.m., a scavenger hunt begins. There is a sign at reception please go to the bar, at the bar there is a sign please go to the restaurant. Finally, no one feels responsible for the problem-if the employees even understand what you want. The language barrier was very big.
Staff at reception were very friendly during the day.
The only thing consistent with the internet presence is the wellness area, which was very nice and clean. However, in a wellness hotel rental fee for bathrobes (6.50 per pc.) and towels...much too small for the sauna!!!
(3.50 per piece) is not possible.
It's a pity if you go to the website, you'll see completely different rooms. There may be, but as a hotel employee told me, only in very small numbers.
All in all, I would not visit this hotel again or recommend- certainly not for the price.

Great hotel in beautiful location.
Hotel is pretty dated. First had in a distant annex room, was just not a wreck.
After consultation got another room in main building. This one was fine.
Pros: Staff is very helpful and very friendly!!
Compliment to the staff.
Bar is not staffed all day, due to lack of staff!!
Across the street at children's playground you can order something with pain and effort. Not convenient, and very unsociable!
As for food: Breakfast is adequate, quality moderate.
Dinner: you must book in advance and is only in buffet form!
Sufficient but often not warm, and not special.
You can only pay by debit/credit card. No cash! Disadvantage: you always have to pay everything separately, and cannot be put on room number.
Tip for management / owner: do something with this! The fact that you can't even drink coffee in the hotel during the day doesn't add to the holiday feeling of guests!
And we're not the only ones who feel that way!
Unfortunately,....Not worth repeating.

Plenty of air up in some places
I can send in advance that there are different houses with several apartments. We were in a family apartment and from first contact, arrival and parking situation quite taken. The rooms were large and clean, but actually very old, noisy (the names of the neighbouring family we already knew on the 1st of January). Evening without having encountered them), worn out, especially plumbing, and there were actually televisions in both rooms that did not work. Unfortunately also no blinds on the windows (towards the car road). Wi-Fi was ok. What really bothered me though: in the entire apartment there was not 1 clothes hook. In the hallway a not very large closet for a family with 2 children, otherwise no single hook or hanging possibility. How can you cope with skiing, hiking or biking on a holiday? And that's not an investment.
The food was acceptable, but in fact the friendly, striving, mainly Asian staff struggle linguistically and therefore cannot help with everything.
The swimming pool was very crowded at the evening peak hours, the sauna we did not use.
I also feel it is a bit weird to advertise with a (nice new) children's arcade, which then costs admission for hotel guests - which was announced however.
What is quite clever is the basement of the whole complex, so that you can move anywhere in rain, cold or just bathing slippers on your feet.
Conclusion: The term "resort" does not define the age or condition of a hotel, including what needs to be paid or how practical and usable the property is. But you associate certain holiday ideas with the term - especially as a family, which the facility here is difficult to meet, while there is an urgent need for renovation if you think you are able to set the price. Probably the season is still well booked, popular or you don't make yourself a regular hotel with it (not even both Dutch). Bottom line, I would like to give 3 out of 5 points, there are nice moments here, no real disasters or no-gos... but the price at the end of the bill does not reflect the performance enough, so I cut a point a little disappointed.

Disappointing stay with missed opportunities
Our stay started inauspiciously: we arrived at 11:45 with our son, who had suddenly fallen ill and had a high fever due to an ear infection. Despite the situation we were told that we were not allowed to check in earlier and everything was closed and we were not yet allowed to use the facilities. So no warm welcome.
The room was also disappointing: the bed was sagging, blood on radiator in the bathroom. No daily cleaning or towel change and the room was cold (about this the guests had also complained for us). The hall was even worse, it was sometimes so cold that you could hardly be there. As if that wasn’t enough, someone just walked into our room at 7:15 on the last morning—very inappropriate.
The food was a big minus. After one buffet dinner I got sick of it and didn't want to anymore. At the reception it was indicated that we could then eat à la carte in the back of the bar, but the staff there were extremely difficult and said that it was not allowed. Very unfortunate, because that food was fine. A missed opportunity!
The service was really substandard: although the staff was very friendly in itself, it was not organized at all. The bar was often unstaffed for a long time. Me the food on Saturday 15/2 it took almost an hour to pay the bill, my partner and son were already 40 minutes after the room and after 10 times of questions with increasingly unfriendly reactions I was finally allowed to pay, it turned out that they had forgotten to catch on everything.
Furthermore, there were several strange situations. The lights in the pool just went out around 6pm on Saturday, while people were still swimming. No one came to fix this situation.
The quality of the coffee was also disappointing: the cappuccino was fine on Friday but after that it contained no milk. Despite the fact that I had reported this, nothing changed.
Before check out asked if we could swim right after check out. Then I was told that we would have to pay 15 euros extra. After explaining the story of Friday it was allowed with a whole sermon that not everything was free, this felt inappropriate for me after three paid nights and all other expenses in the hotel.
The above all reported to the hotel on day of departure, unfortunately nothing heard.
All in all a stay with many missed opportunities and unnecessary annoyances. We're not coming back.
