Disappointed by communication level, the 10pm limit on checking in, and more. For 170 euros a night and 50 euros for my flight getting me there at 11pm (not to mention the expensive taxi to get there before the midnight limit to ensure I wasn’t sleeping on the streets), I’d have hoped for more.

Incredibly average would be a compliment for this place

Unfortunately I have to agree with many of the reason reviews. The place was dirty, worn out, in major need of a complete facelift! You can see that at one time it was worth the neighborhood it's in. Here I was thinking I was being surrounded by Chanell and Rolex stores. And a lot more of those high-end stores in the area. But when I got to the hotel I felt like I was in the lowest rent district of the east side. I think I would've rather stayed in a hostel!
And I typically try to see the best in things if you read my other reviews you'll see that I'm very honest about things. But I will avoid this place at all costs in the future

the room was clean, however the window didnt fully close so at night it'd get cooler than you'd expect. the path to the room required going up some steep stairs with a foul old smell.
breakfast is 12 euros so didnt take it. its very close to a metro station which is one station away from the s bahn.

It is good for short trip like 1 night. The building needs to be renovated again. But over all good.
