Been there for the first time...and felt like friends right away:-)

Foursome with dog a very nice short break :-))))
The welcome of Andreas Blatner was very friendly...and the whole guest house has a very warm flair...all with attention to detail...beautiful and clean rooms...in the middle of the vineyards...pure nature and quiet!
Also his wife Jenny & all the staff were extremely friendly & attentive!
Delicious breakfast... nothing was missing:-)
Our friends u. we u. also our dog have felt mega comfortable! ;-))))

Hotel Garni with great breakfast in Bissersheim

Very nicely situated Hotel Garni with cafe and beautiful conservatory. Our room was OK. The equipment simple but functional.
The bathroom small and narrow with high shower tray. Hardly any water came out of the shower head!
What bothered us was that a group of young men were still partying loudly after midnight and nobody from the house cared.
The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. Unfortunately, at 9:30 a birthday group arrived for breakfast, which made it very loud in the breakfast room! With 148,- € for the night no bargain.

Nice rooms, quiet location, great breakfast

We stayed at the Blatners guesthouse for one night as part of a trip to the Palatinate.
The location is very quiet at the end of a side street, the cozy room (comfort room category) had access to the terrace - very pleasant on a warm June evening.
The breakfast was a clear highlight - a colorful selection of bread/rolls with, for example, different types of cheese and sausage plus fruit/vegetables.
Friendly hosts round off the whole thing.
We'll be happy to come back next time we're in the area.

Just perfect!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just brilliant. The hosts were not there when we arrived but there was a note with your room number and the room key was in the door lock. We met Verena later and she was delightful and she had so many tips of where to go and see and also excellent tips where to eat.
We had room 7 which was on the lower ground floor with a terrace. The floor was large and the bed big and comfortable.
There was a large garden with seating and tables which we used in the late afternoon/evening.
The breakfast was incredible with a huge variety and a selection of home made jams ....
We will definitely return.
Also do make an appointment with Wolfgang the winemaker do WoW wines which is part of the family run accommodation. He has an extensive selection and you will not leave empty handed!

Perfect getaway

We were here for a friend’s wedding and rooms were booked for the whole bunch. Great rooms, amazing breakfast and a very tranquil accommodation. Great view of the wine yard and I feel that one could just spend a whole morning lying out there in the garden whilst reading and drinking one of their in house made wines...highly recommended location
