Once again a few great days in Villa Erika

We have stayed in various apartments in Villa Erika. We think they are all great. Central location, fridge, coffee machine, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a separate bathroom and a separate bedroom. There is no cooking facility, which is not really a problem and we knew about it beforehand. The cleaning was very good and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We will definitely be back. The processing/key handover takes place in the Hotel Atlantik and was quick and easy.

Hotel apartment in the middle near the beach

Large rooms, kitchen with everything you need. Great breakfast with friendly service. On the balcony when the weather is good. Freshly prepared egg dishes. Elevator to the top floor. Balcony floor newly covered with plastic boards. Large modern windows.

Erg mooie suite

Prachtige suite, slaapkamer met aparte kamer, mooi ingericht superschoon. Er waren twee balkons aan de achterkant van het gebouw. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke straat die naar het strand toe loopt. Je hebt geen last van geluid. In het gebouw is een lift aanwezig. Het ontbijt was heel erg goed, heel veel keuze. Op verzoek kon er eventueel een omelet worden gebakken. Al met al een absolute aanrader.

Wieder Wohlfühltage :-)

Wir haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt von 5 Tagen wieder sehr genossen. Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas, einschl. frischem Obst und Eierspeisen, die auf Wunsch zubereitet werden. Wir haben auch keinen Fleischsalat zum Frühstück vermisst, wie andere Reisende ;-))
Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es Probleme mit dem Kaffeeautomaten (Kaffeemischungen mit Milch waren nicht möglich) - das lag aber eher daran, dass Gäste die dort angebrachten Hinweise nicht beachtet haben und die Maschine streikte und erst aufwändig auseinander genommen werden musste.
Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.
Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Boden des Balkon, der zu unserer Suite 5 gehörte, war sehr unansehnlich und verdreckt. Hier wäre eine Reinigung längst fällig…..

Schöne Räumlichkeiten, ideale Lage

Meine Schwester und ich hatten kurzfristig für 5 Tage die Suite 5 „Neuer Leuchtturm“ buchen können.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone, nur ein paar Minuten entfernt vom Strand bzw. vom Bahnhof.
Betrieben wird das Haus derzeit vom Hotel Atlantik aus (wenige Schritte entfernt). Dort bekommt man auch Schlüssel und muss zum Rechnung bezahlen hin. Die Rezeption im Suite Hotel Erika ist derzeit nicht besetzt.
Unsere Suite war gut ausgestattet. Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck.... Es gab auch einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden die Räume eingeschränkt gereinigt, die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern klappte aber gut.
Frühstücksraum sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist (wie im Hotel Atlantik) prima ! Man vermisst wirklich nichts. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Kaffee sehr gut.
Kleines Manko:
Das Oberbett war mir zu steif und schwer. Die Kopfkissen dafür zu dünn.
Der Aufzug im Haus bewegt sich mit massiven knarrenden Rumpelgeräuschen, die nachts sehr störend sind bzw. aufwecken.
