Cozy hotel with heart

The family-run hotel with Italian charm and hospitality, with its attached Italian restaurant Cilento, impresses with a cozy atmosphere and warm and friendly service.
The Hotel im Ried is in an idyllic location on the edge of the old town of Donauwörth. The Danube and the Wörnitz are just a few minutes' walk away, and are ideal for walking and cycling. The city center with its sights and shops can be reached in just a few minutes.
The rooms in the Hotel im Ried are comfortably furnished and very clean. They have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast in the Hotel im Ried is very good. A buffet with fresh and Italian specialties is offered, and real Italian coffee enjoyment is not neglected.

Wonderful

The hotel surprised me very positively. It is in a very good location. It takes 5 minutes to get to the Rieder Tor and there are also numerous restaurants and bars nearby.
I really liked the room. It was nicely and comfortably furnished. There was a fan, minibar, numerous power sockets and enough space. There was even a mosquito net on the window.
The bathroom was also very nicely furnished and the shower had a rain showerhead.
The lady at reception was very friendly and the breakfast was also very good.
The hotel is highly recommended.

Hospitality and good food

Excellent hotel in the city center, clean rooms, friendly staff. It is a hotel run impeccably by Italians... It feels really good in the morning, an excellent breakfast is served, to date it is one of the best I have tried in Germany, next door there is an excellent restaurant also owned by them where the food is really good. If I come back to these parts for work I can't help but come here

Nice city center hotel with restaurant and very good breakfast

Nice inner city hotel that is ideal for cyclists. We received a very friendly welcome. We were able to store the bikes in the shed straight away.
Nice room, we had an interesting view of the pedestrian zone. We have often seen a self-service refrigerator in hotels, but unfortunately there was none here.
We ate in the hotel's Italian restaurant. The food was quite good but nothing special. Unfortunately the starter was served together with the main course. This was probably due to the very large crowds that day.
The breakfast the next morning made up for everything. Italian-inspired with pana cotta, cake, grilled vegetables and Italian salami. Unusually there were only 2 hot drinks, i.e. 2 cups of coffee free per person. But that was enough for us.
I would book the hotel again at any time due to the good location.

Quiet central location in Donauwörth

Right at the beginning of the pedestrian area, thus in walking distance of almost everything. Clean functional rooms, limited parking right behind the house. Generous breakfast buffet with very good coffee.
