Great place

Lovely guest house in a lovely village in Bavaria! Room was spacious, clean and cozy. A side note, I forgot my bag in the room and only realised when I was back in my country, we contacted the guest house and they send it to us via mail! I would say this place definitely deserves a 10+ when it comes to service. Recommended indeed!

Shocking

Good coffee and friendly service.
The grounds and garden are completely neglected.
Rooms like from a flea market.
Mattresses in a hammock mode.
Do you know the song... The Old House by Rocky Rocky???
It is simply incomprehensible that one would offer such accommodation as a host.

bad staff

Absolutely rude staff. I had to leave the house with my little son at 7.30 in the morning. We were refused breakfast, saying it would only be available from 7.45 (according to the brochure it was even earlier than 7.30). Although I had already pointed this out the day before and the room was already set up for departure and breakfast was already prepared, the child was refused breakfast. Despicable behavior. Never again here.

Terrible - Not Recommended

We stayed here for two nights. But the behavior of the staff in the guesthouse was terrible. Thought them to be haughty and miserable in their attitude. They had a very high attitude and personally did not like their way of handling the things. The property is very old, ill maintained, the service staff is not available always and the breakfast is also very limited with very few options. The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the rooms need to be refurbished and basic amenities like individual tea and coffee makers should be added. Overall, very much disappointed with our stay. 1.5/5 on the marking system.

Wonderful & Quaint

Stayed here for two nights and loved it! Very convenient location and an easy walk to the town center. Very friendly staff. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with convenience items...water/wine etc...definitely recommend staying here & plan to stay again in the future myself!
