Amazing service

While touring with a band we needed accommodation in Hannover for a night. Found the hostel at a rather good deal for 6 people in a 6 people room. The hostel is a bit outside the city center, but only around a 15 min. drive so not bad. Parking was 10€ a night which is alright and they had a big parking lot.
I left my good pillow in the room (absolute necessity on tour) and I was so bummed about it. However, I emailed the hostel and got a reply almost immediately that they found it and they would ship it to my home address in Denmark with no cost. It just arrived today. Amazing service! Receptionists were super nice as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend stay with my friends

Me and my friends stayed here last october for the oktobefest, The hotel was great. Really good value for money. Clean and basic but cheap , and right in the heart of hannover. The bars and restaurants literally start across the road and the beer festival site / football ground is about a 35 minute pleasant walk away. Would definitely return.

I won’t be going back here!

This hostel is a bit of trek from the centre of Hannover, but tram lines 1 + 2 both run close to the hostel.
When we eventually arrived the first problem was to work out where reception was, this was not immediately apparent as they have their logo on several of the buildings – reception is in the building in the far left coroner when you go through the gate.
Check in was straight forward, with English speaking receptionists on duty. Finding our room in the maze of buildings and corridors was not as straight forward.
Sheets, towels and soap were provided, but the room quality was poor. The room was old, with peeling paint, damp patches and a funny smell.
There was not much in the immediate area around the hostel either, apart from their own bar which does not seem to have great reviews, so we missed that one and headed back into town.
I understand there is a conference centre nearby, but unless the purpose of your visit is to attend the conference centre, I’d give the hostel a miss.

Worst hostel

This was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Didn't feel comfortable (as a woman) in a 30 bed dorm full of smelly and loud men. The kitchen and bathrooms were never clean, it was dark in the room and no fresh air. Very expensive for what it was.

Just awful. Don't go!!

Maybe it could have worth it if the price was about 5 euros/night. But we paid 20 euros/night and that was an awful experience : this youth hostel is totally UNCLEAN, you take your shower with everyone (there isn't even curtons to have some intimicy), it is opened so if a guy wants to enter well he can, nobody takes care of trashes and the smell of the bedroom 310 as well as the kitchen is disgusting.
How can it be possible to welcome people in such living standards??
Shame on you.
I defenetely DO NOT recommand it.
