The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything well. We will stay there again. The leg of one of the chairs in our room was broken.

Very helpful Staff……. Excellent selection and wide choice of breakfast
Room adjacent to road was a little disturbing due to noise(Friday night!)
The absence of any air conditioning made it difficult for a sound sleep. It was very warm and uncomfortable.

MONEY GRABBING CHARLATONS, DO NOT BOOK HERE

Booked this Hotel in error fifteen days before my trip. Realised my error and tried to cancel 3 minutes later. Received no response then or subsequently from several requests. Payment charged.
A very poor experience. Will cetrainly never consider this hotel.

Very unpractical:
My room was about 200 meters around thebuolfig walking outside. In the stairway and elevator there was a massive stench from garbage, probably from the neighbours restaurant. Further more, the garage only accept cash money, no cars at all. No charges for EV.
Room was clean but dull like a hospital room with dome minor wears.
Breakfast was nice.

Hotel good, reception bad.

The room and location of the hotel are fine. Breakfast is expensive and standard.
Dining options nearby with good value for money.
Unfortunately, the billing delivery is not working. This is now the second case. I will not leave the hotel without having received an invoice. Emails are not being answered, and no one is reachable by phone. A definite no-go!
