Everything was perfect!

Booked for the second time, satisfied for the second time. Beautiful room with a balcony view of Lung Wai, it couldn't be better. The bathroom was not very large, but it did not bother us. Refrigerator stocked (champagne, beer, water) for free. Breakfast in the house was very good, everything needed for a good start to the day was available. Price/performance ratio is very good. Staff from check-in to check-out, or in the restaurant, were extremely friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Everything was top-notch!

Friendly and authentic reception personnel during the check-in. Convenient and clean rooms with enough space. Area is walkable, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and many attractions nearby.

Everything OK

The ventilation in the bathroom runs loud and long.A small bedside table / shelf at the bed would be advantageous.

Everything available. Only the bed was too narrow and there could also be half a pillow for swapping.

Price/performance for Heligoland okay

Good location, but very noisy in the evening. Beds were not made, minibar was not refilled. Breakfast was excellent, nothing was missing. For Heligoland absolutely okay, we would book again.
