Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. Wanted to extend our stay with one night and they were very helpful and let us keep our room one more night. The breakfast was good with many options. The parking was a little expensive but worth it since we could park just outside the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Near Mosque

Good location. Close to the mosque, tram and walking distance to attractions for those who wish to walk. Breakfast was good. Access to parking 25 € per night. Something expensive just relative to what you get but quite ok. Staff friendly. Perfect hotel. Still recommend sleeping here

The hotel is good, but it is noisy between rooms.

The staff present were polite and helpful.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable; the size is average.
One definite downside is the noise between rooms in my room. You can hear exactly what the neighbor is doing in their room.
For one or two nights, it is certainly a good, average hotel.

Bad hotel

The rooms are generally acceptable. One complaint is that the service here requires you to actively book if you need room service.
The breakfast is acceptable.
Lunch and dinner are inadequate.
The sauna costs extra; this should be included.

Never check in online otherwise double payment

Was asked email to check in online and that's what I did and paid for. Then in the hotel at the reception came a message that I had not checked in. The staff present gave the impression that I had made a mistake because I checked in online.
During the check in process, the nightly rate was then charged to my credit card again. When asked what this is about, I was told with a shrug, this is due to the online check in. It was promised that it would be sorted out. What happened was Nix.
The next morning I asked again at the reception what the situation was. Again, the receptionist gave the impression that the mistake was mine.
Very unsatisfactory experience that spoiled my weekend in Cologne.
