The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with decent options. However, the room was not cleaned very well, which could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was okay, but better room cleanliness would make a big difference.

It was much more dated and unmentained vs the pictures. I would not recomend it to be honest as it just felt sad.
Breakfast was included but very poor but at least the coffee was decent.

Terrible experience, particularly for the lack of courtesy.

Hotel without parking as soon as we arrived they directed us to an affiliated parking lot only when we showed up saying that they had sent us from the Belle Blue hotel they literally kicked us out saying that there was no place and not even allowing us to make a maneuver to get out , after finding parking elsewhere we went back to the garage to try to understand and the other vehicles entered normally , at which point we asked for explanations at the reception and the guy instead of being regretted also seemed annoyed by our astonishment at that Processing . Room delivery we don’t talk about, room with open door held steady by a piece of furniture, beds full of hair and sheets with dark spots , here we are again at the reception where there was another guy who changed our room. The area is not suitable for families as there are several nightclubs near the hotel.

Leisure Traveling with friends. Hotel was in A very busy part of town with little parking ( not on site) , it was clean and met our needs.

The room was better then normal. Clean. The staff was kind and helpful.
Only thing is that there was no glasses, but not a big issue.
A little noisy at night , but i survived.
