Amazing option in Munich

Great location. Walking distance to the train. Bus stops are right in front. It is close to a mall and a McDonald’s. The room was above expectations. The welcome package is so thoughtful! We were a bit hesitant to book but no regrets.

Disappointing Stay at Numa

Our stay in was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected for the price we paid.
The room was extremely hot and humid throughout our visit, making it very uncomfortable to sleep and relax. There appeared to be no proper ventilation, and despite trying to air out the room, it remained stuffy and unpleasant. This was by far the biggest problem during our stay.
The hotel is also located in an area with significant traffic noise, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Another major issue was the complete lack of staff on site. There is no reception and no employees available in person. Communication was only possible through WhatsApp, which is not sufficient when guests experience serious health or accommodation problems.
What made the experience even worse was the cleanliness. We suspect there was a significant issue with dust mites in the bedding. During our stay, we developed large skin rashes and allergic reactions, causing considerable discomfort and concern.
After returning home, a doctor examined and confirmed the rash, and we were informed that it was consistent with a reaction to dust mites in the bed. We therefore expect the hotel to investigate this matter thoroughly.
We have already reported the issue through WhatsApp and were instructed to submit a formal complaint by email. The hotel offered a 25% refund, but given the circumstances, the medical confirmation, and the fact that the rash was painful and negatively affected our holiday, we do not consider this compensation adequate.
We strongly recommend that all duvets, mattress covers, bedding, and mattresses in the room be professionally cleaned and sanitized at a minimum temperature of 60°C to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
To be fair, there were a few positive aspects. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, and the laundry facilities, including the washing machines, worked very well.
Unfortunately, the positives do not outweigh the negatives. The combination of excessive heat, lack of ventilation, traffic noise, absence of staff, and the health issues we experienced means that we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Never ever.

The hotel is operated completely without a concierge. The offered replacement via app or phone is completely overloaded. When selecting a callback in German, a call in English comes the next day. The breakfast room is operated by an outside caterer. There was a slate table on wheels, missing two wheels. The parking garage was not accessible. The few available parking spaces were occupied by motorhomes, camper cabins (camping attachments for pickups), and other SUVs as long-term parkers. The security is completely inadequate because obviously unauthorized persons blend in when guests use the door. The bar was not in operation. The residential area is populated by light-shy individuals. The attack on July 22, 2016, occurred in close proximity. I also had the feeling that several people were sharing a room, for example, as a shower option. Excellent accommodation - location - food - owner.

Better not go there

We were ten people and waited almost three hours to get into the room. We had to give out all the identity details TWICE, even though we did it weeks ago. Otherwise no codes for the rooms. In addition, it has been claimed on several occasions that we have not yet paid for the room, which has happened a long time ago. We were forced to pay a second time for nine of the ten rooms or alternatively have the reservation cancelled. And the lady on the phone couldn't speak German in Germany. Senior citizens can forget to stay there with the digitization hack and any language barriers. I think that's very poor!
The room stank of something indefinable and even after ten hours of airing, the stench came right back. Otherwise, the room was clean. The employees sometimes did not even manage to greet. After all, they are friendly at breakfast. The food at breakfast is also quite okay. The nearby gas station houses a Töff gang, which is happy to show how loud its toys are, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. I love warmth, but even I was too warm there and to open the window was to hear the traffic. Some noise in the hotel. You have to find out for yourself that you have the room in the second building (there are an east and a west part). Bed was comfortable. 2 stars out of 5.
PS: The payment was triggered for ten rooms, only 1 room was charged. The devil knows why.
