Terrific service
We were greeted very warmly around 11 p.m.; unfortunately, it was overlooked in the booking that we wanted a double bed. So we dropped our bags off in the room upstairs and went back down. Despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked, they looked for a room with a double bed and he found another one, which we were able to switch to without any problems. The lady at the hotel bar even made us 2 pizzas, since we hadn't eaten anything yet. The hotel bar is open until 12 a.m., yet I still got another drink shortly after midnight. A group of men was also allowed to place a large order after me.
We felt very comfortable, and even though the hotel is more expensive on the weekend, it will always be our number 1. Choice.

Why not a 10 out of 10? For me, a good pedestrian access is necessary because I had to enter through the thicket in front of the building, which is untrimmed, and there is a door in the shower.

We would like to clarify that our hotel is accessible via a regular road and a dedicated bicycle path. There is no need to walk through the protected natural area located in front of the hotel. The pedestrian access is provided via the designated routes, which offer direct and convenient access to the property.
Regarding the vegetation in the protected area, maintenance is subject to environmental regulations and cannot always be carried out in the same way as on regular hotel grounds.

Great hotel. I was very satisfied.
Incredibly beautiful hotel. Arrival was super relaxed. Top-notch service. Luxurious room. One sleeps like on clouds. Breakfast was great. I was completely satisfied. I would gladly return.
Parking is also available. One can even drive up to the entrance and pack and unpack in peace.

Disappointing. The guy on reception was grumpy before I even spoke. No smile or welcome. When an issue was raised by him, which I was in disagreement with, my perception was he was condescending and misogynistic. He made me feel guilty and like I was an idiot. I am not those things, .He has no diplomacy and should not deal in front desk. The room he gave us was in the ground floor so you needed to keep curtains closed for privacy, thereby reducing natural light, as it was a busy residential corridor with many walking past.
