I can recommend this hotel!

Friendly welcome by Micheal, the owner. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The room was in good condition and had a balcony and good beds. Dinner excellent and for an affordable price. Breakfast was not overly luxurious, but everything was there for a good start to the day.

A very nice hotel

We have been to this hotel 25 times. We always feel comfortable here.
Very nice rooms, delicious food.
Very friendly staff, especially the reception staff are very helpful.
We can really recommend this hotel.
We will definitely come back.

Pleasant

Business trip for 3 days. Nice stay at this hotel with friendly owners.
The room was not very recent and not really isolated against the noise from the corridor. However very clean and the bathroom has been refurbished just a few years ago.
Free Wi-Fi but was not always reliable in my room.
The swimming pool is just next to the hotel. The breakfast and the food were quite good and generous. Furthermore you can enjoy your bier Rothaus on the nice terrace.

Working Visit

Stayed here on advice from Novartis where I was located for some time.
From the time in getting there I was made at home.
All staff very good at English so no issues for me.
The restaurant was very good and was very tasty.
Comfy rooms and brilliant location.

Old heart, with new beginnings

Okay, travelling with work never really endears you to a place but over the last few months, I've grown really fond of this little hotel and the family that works tirelessly to improve it, bit by bit.
First stay - the honest and warm welcome received was followed closely by food that was just as honest - proper spatzle, fresh mushrooms and a cream sauce to bath in. 3 stays in less than 7mths, and wow!! The food has become a guilty pleasure, and the rooms more & more personal with the latest addition of a self catering apartment (needed if you want to break from the cream).
Value for money - it is up there with the best
Location - beside the local pool which guests can use, and in a beautiful part of the country
Staff - second to none!
Would I recommend it? You betcha!!!!
