“Nice reception, but staff pressured me to pay more than online price. Service lacked warmth. 3 stars.” (110)||
When I approached the receptionist and asked about booking, I was quoted 350 SAR. However, when I mentioned that I could book online, she hesitated and then told me not to book online but instead to pay 300 SAR in cash directly at the desk. Later, I checked online prices and saw listings around 276 SAR plus taxes, which left me feeling that I was being pushed into paying more than necessary. This behavior did not feel professional and gave me the impression of being ripped off.
On the positive side, she was kind enough to provide me with Wi-Fi when I asked, which I appreciated. The reception area itself was okay, but I also noticed that the bellman seemed too relaxed and not attentive enough in welcoming guests — which is usually the first touchpoint of hospitality.
As The Time Traveller and a frequent hotel reviewer, I did not find this experience entertaining or up to expected standards for a 3-star property.

Fleas infested rooms
They changed the bed sheets and said Ok now you can sleep. This was at 1:00am
Bathroom ceiling rotten and fleas sticking on body when showering.
Since new owners the service is very bad. Especially new Receptionist.
