Complain

Been in this hotel a couple of times, but this time the service was absolutely horrible, and I almost got verbally harassed by the manager, and the assistant manager did not behave any better. I spoke to other customers in the restaurant, and they mentioned they have also witnessed the staff being treated horribly by them two. This is extremely wrong, and I am going to raise a complaint about this. Please connect me to the HR. Thanks

Room cleanliness
•Too much dusty
•theyve always set up discarded towels
•Theyve always forgot to put Laundry List even theyve know that you are LSG
