The parking garage had poor lighting and no clear signs indicating the garage door opener. As a result, I accidentally bumped the wooden barrier, which only shifted slightly and was not broken.
Despite having comprehensive insurance, I was immediately required to pay SAR 1,000 without anyone asking about or verifying my coverage. Since I was only staying for two nights, I felt I had no choice but to pay. The hotel should improve the garage lighting, signage, and its process for handling such inciden

Excellent! I thank all the reception staff for their kindness and respect, especially Ms. Rawan.
We have nothing but respect and appreciation for them, and I thank them for their prompt response in cleaning the room and providing what was missing. I pray to God Almighty that He will grant us the opportunity to visit this establishment again.

Your second home
You stay at the hotel and feel that you lack nothing; everything you expect is there. The location is exceptional, the service staff are wonderful, and the rooms are spacious.

Absolutely fantastic and at a competitive price
This was my third consecutive stay at the hotel and it will not be the last, God willing. The hotel is very clean and very quiet, the services are very close, and the breakfast was wonderful and varied. The bed is very comfortable. The crew is friendly and helpful.
