Decent affordable accommodation

We were 6 friends who booked 2 rooms.
The accommodation was neat,clean and well spaced out.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Each unit can sleep up to 6 persons.
Rooms are well maintained and near to parks and the city center.
Will highly recommend

a scam

it was a scam. when we arrived (booked by bookin.con) there was a guy in the entrance charging everyone in cash.
the place is neighbor to a train station so expect noise. there were no towells, only 3 plates for a room for 5 people and they market it as an appart but have no water heater, utensils nor a washing sponge.
beds are ok spartan but ok. i did not even stayed for breakfast.
the price is 80% of a much better hotel so a really bad cost/benefit ratio

Horrible!

Sucio, más de 2 horas pidiendo las toallas y al llegar estaban agujereadas, además de encontrar una laucha en la alacena y a mitad de la noche nos forcejean la cerradura y entra a la habitación uno de los serenos, irrecomendable!!

TODO UN DESASTRE

MUY CARO para lo que te ofrecen.
Llegamos a las 00 am y había nenes corriendo y haciendo ruido en todos los pasillos y nadie les decía nada. Gente poniendo música, un ruido insoportable.
NO TE DAN TOALLAS, toallones ni nada. El baño un asco de sucio. La ducha era el caño solo que largaba un chorro y el espejo también muy sucio.
Las sábanas estaban limpias pero rotas y manchadas, al menos podrían cambiarlas cada tanto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y los aparatos en la cocina ni los probé.
Lo único que dentro de todo esta bueno fue el estacionamiento seguro y dentro del predio pero no vale la pena por todo el resto.
Para nada recomendable.

DESASASTRE

Los precios no coinciden por los publicados en esta pagina, te cobra de acuerdo a la oferta y demanda de la ciudad, el presonal que esta en recepción deberita tomar un curso de como trarar al cliente, como apart es incompelto, falta de vajillas. Yo saque un dpto para 4 y no había ni 1 juego completo de vajillas. Sucio, los colchones son una piedra, en mi departamento la heladera no enfriaba el microondas no calentaba, si andaba una pava electrica pero por la mugre que tenía no la usé. NO te dan toallas ni toallones te enterás una vez que pagaste (no te lo informan antes) NO LO RECOMINEDO, yo solo pase una noche de camino de ida a mis vacaciones de regreso pare en otro lugar con mejor precio y donde fui atendido como corresponde, Lo unico rescatable es que aceptan mazcotas
