Hotel of a lower category than the value of the stay

We enjoyed the stay, but due to the heat of the stay, it should improve some aspects such as the bathrobes, the service in the restaurant, improve the internet, and have a better cable provider, among other things. I would rate the rest a 7/8 with many possibilities for improvement if they modify some things. In any case, we enjoyed our stay!!!

More attention when someone books for a special time.

The hotel and the staff are a nine out of ten, but the administrative part in charge of taking reservations, having received a reservation well in advance, placed a couple in a room that connected through a door that seemed like paper to another where there was a family with two kids who were worth four. What more can I tell you? It doesn't seem logical or correct to me; it tarnished a bit the rest, which was very good.

My experience was good in general terms, although there were some aspects that I believe could be improved.
Dining: I have celiac disease and, unfortunately, the hotel does not have a sufficient variety of gluten-free options. The available alternatives were very limited (provolone cheese stuffed with vegetables and some cuts of meat), with no options for short-order dishes, pasta, or other varied dishes. For this reason, of the nights I stayed, I only had dinner at the hotel restaurant once and the others I had to go out to eat. I consider that it would be very positive to have a broader and more varied gluten-free menu.
Cleaning: in general it was good. However, both in the room and in some areas of the hotel, a very strong smell was perceived, similar to spices like cumin, which was quite invasive!
Paddle tennis court: unfortunately I could not use the service. I had reserved a time, but upon arriving the court was wet. They informed me that they would send an employee to dry it and, although they did, the court remained wet and I finally could not use it.
Room amenities: the shampoo, conditioner, and soap available in the shower were of very low quality. The scent was practically imperceptible and, particularly the shampoo and conditioner, left my hair in very poor condition.
Spa: it was, without a doubt, one of the most positive points of the stay. The treatment and service options are very good and the space feels clean, well-maintained, and properly sanitized.
Regarding the general service, it was good. I believe that by mainly improving the gluten-free gastronomic proposal, the quality of the amenities, and some maintenance details of the services, the experience could be even better.

Beautiful place to spend time with family and rest
Excellent service.
The spa is great, the float tank and Alfonsina's massages are the best!!! We really had a very good time !!!
