One of the worst experiences overall. Miguel's departure was a mess; we left the rooms at 6 in the morning for those arriving.

We went with Pedraza and had to wait hours to enter the room, which was horrible. The reception from a Venezuelan employee was terrible; she scolded us like children about the towels and water usage while we waited for the rooms. It made us feel very bad. She was like Maduro in female form. The food was poor and scarce. I do not recommend it!!! Do not go...

Choose a budget bus package with this hotel,horrible,unpresentable as 3 stars,bad experience and really dreadful food,if you can avoid going you will have a better time

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

The room had old and broken curtains, there was no telephone, the candlelight had no lamp, the two-seater bed was two small beds joined with a foam base and the towel service had to order it.
At breakfast, the infusions were cold, the thermoses were requested to be turned on.
VERY BAD CARE. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. IT'S NOT ECONOMIC,

Economical option so I chose it is one of the most modest in all services, I chose it for my low budget and it turned out this

If you go like me in a very economical package this will be your option do not have high expectations is modest in accommodation and meals, the logic applies tell me how much you pay and I will tell you what you get, of course not?

Hotel zona centro Mendoza

The hotel is old. Some rooms are refurbished and others are not. Breakfast service is very varied. Dinner is better. Consider Gluten-free options. The location is great. It has a swimming pool that in summer has a plus. Front desk staff have a hard time admitting that the service is not first class. Some rooms do not have the Wifi. And from reception they manage the air conditioners. They are not very permeable to orders.
