Comfort, Cleanliness, and Great Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel during our Goa trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The service was excellent, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful stay in the hotel lemontree.The hotel was comfortable and beautifully maintained.The staff were friendly,polite and helpful throughout our visit.Their warm hospitality and attention made us truly welcomed and valued.we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

Firstly, Ms.Benita - Sales Manager, very kind & polite. She made sure everything went smooth till our late check out.

Experienced scam

Scam Experience
We were approached with a vacation package under the ❌❌❌“GOII Vacation”and take us into Lemon tree hotels in arpora,goa they were joined together and were misled into paying a large amount. They convinced us by showing receipts and various documents and pressured us into making the payment. We only realized it was a scam after leaving the place. When we asked for our money back, they refused and also behaved very poorly with us. Please be careful and verify everything properly before making any payment. Don’t let others fall into the same trap.

Poor check in experience

Slow check in at midnight, inspite of zero rush at reception. We had booked one single bed and and one twin bed room.
Surprisingly they took more than 30 minutes for allocation of rooms.
Not aspected with the Brand “Lemon Tree”
