Avoid OYO and Collection O Hotel Manu – Untrustworthy and Unhelpful!

I booked a stay at Collection O Hotel Manu through Booking.com. Although Booking.com doesn’t require payment upfront, I immediately received an email from OYO asking for full payment, which I made. However, after contacting the hotel directly, I was informed that they don’t accept online bookings – an issue mentioned in other reviews that I wish I had seen sooner.
I canceled my booking, but despite numerous attempts to get a refund, OYO has been completely unresponsive. They refuse to help because I don’t have an Indian phone number, which wasn’t an issue when they took my payment!
This has been a terrible experience, and I feel deceived. OYO seems uninterested in resolving issues or providing customer support for international guests. I strongly urge others to avoid OYO and this hotel, especially if you’re booking from outside India. It’s just not worth the hassle.
