A very small property located in a bazaar area. Rooms were comfortable and staffs were very polite.

Not a worthy option

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We checked in early around 8 AM, but the staff at reception never informed us that our checkout would also be at 8 AM on Sunday. There was no communication about this policy at all, nor did anyone call or remind us on the day of checkout. Ideally, they should have clearly explained the early check-in terms or informed us about any additional charges upfront. Instead, we were later charged extra for half a day, which felt completely unfair and misleading. On top of that, the staff behavior was quite rude and unprofessional they really need to improve how they talk with guests. The rooms were also not clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I have stayed at countless hotels and by far this was the worst way anyone can treat a guest .

Worst response by people at the reception

Very worst and disrespectful response at the reception.This is a very basic thing that every stays should offer. If the people are so unkind and dispectful then it makes the stay experience worst. The rest of the things are good except the people at reception. Hotel Meridian, Kindly take this as an advice and remove rude and disrespectful people from the reception.

They Asked me to pay 320₹ extra. They told it was a glitch in hotels.com and the room i paid for accomodates only 1 and that friend won't be allowed in unless we make the extra payment. I agreed to pay the amount but it seemed fishy because they wouldn't accept my CC or Online payment, only cash. They didn't give me any receipt as well. bathroom is clean but sheets and rooms are not upto the mark plus there are too many mosquitoes.

Perfect family stay with a safe surrounding and calm ambiance

Visiting into this hotel was a complete away from a tension in the market majestic area, it was a really calm and soothing ambiance to witness here , if you're willing to stay with a budget royal rooms then here is the perfect options for you without thinking twice I would definitely come here again with my family and of course on a business trip as well, happy stay all
