Third class hotel in bilaspur

This is one of the worst hotels in Bilaspur. Water leaks throughout the room, causing damage to personal belongings. The condition of the rooms is unacceptable and completely unhygienic. I strongly warn others not to stay at this hotel. Additionally, the staff’s behavior is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This hotel does not meet even the basic standards of hospitality.

Nice Hotel

Hotel Shyama is a nice hotel in Bilaspur. The best part of the hotel is the location as it is very conveniently located & easy to find.
The rooms are good enough as per the pricing and its an overall budget hotel.

VFM choice in a small town

We were staying in Bilaspur for a family wedding, and were put up at Shyama for a few days.
Pros
1. VFM - rooms are quite large for the price
2. Location - close to railway station and a few market areas
Cons
1. Geyser conks quite often, and we had to depend on hot water brought in by buckets
2. Bathroom fittings like flush handles etc were often damaged
3. Limited kitchen items and kitchen closes by 1030
Overall, you get what you pay for, and as a VFM hotel in a small town, it is par for the course.
