Lovely experience in staying in Saluja Residency Siliguri

I had lovely experience in staying in Saluja Residency Siliguri. I went with my mother wife and two sons. The AC rooms were awesome. The washroom was modern with all facilities. the ambience was lovely at Hill cart road. The food was awesome with chicken curry and chapati at night and we had aloo ka paratha and toast egg poach in the morning. the conduct of the staff was also cordial.

Good experience. Value for money

We stayed overnight as we had to catch an early morning train. Hotel arranged toto service in the morning. Rooms were clean and compact. Staff were very helpful. However we found the food extremely spicy.

Negligence in visitors Hygiene at Saluja Residency.

Since many yrs we are frequently visiting Saluja Residency at Siliguri . This time we have booked offline a Delux Room for 02 night at Saluja Residency. It cost Rs.2400/- per night but when i entered in the room i found the bedsheet and blanket cover unchanged and lots of hairs fallen in the bed. i asked them to change which takes almost 20 minutes. Being a regular visitor i really feel disappointed and harsh. If hotel compromise with the visitors hygiene then why to pay Rs.2400/- per night? It is not trust worthy.

Biriyani is very good.
