BEWARE !! The Prices change on arrival !!
I called the given number (a Mr. Satish Shrivastava picked up) and, after some negotiation, he agreed to book Room 201 (which he said was a nice big room) for a sum of INR 1500/- (because my parents would check in around midnight and would be checking out early next morning). He then sent me an SMS with the address of the hotel, the contact number of the Night-Manager "Mr. Dabloo" and "1500 for Business Class 1800 for Suites". He called me after the SMS to confirm that I had received the address. I even re-confirmed that Room 201 was a good one (as I was booking it for my parents) and he told me to rest assured.
I called "Mr. Dabloo" on the given number and coordinated the booking - confirmed my parents' arrival and asked him to get the room cleaned and the bedsheets changed so that they could check-in and sleep ASAP. I also confirmed that Mr. Shrivastava had settled for a rate of INR 1500/- for Room 201. He said "okay sir".
When my parents FINALLY reached the property (after wasting about an hour because the colony gates were shut), Mr. Dabloo claimed that Room 201 was a Suite and would cost INR 1800/- (as per instructions he had received by SMS). Mr. Shrivastava's phone was switched off.
They (and I) had to spend another half an hour arguing with this fellow but he absolutely refused to cooperate. This is past midnight in a city that we're not local to.
Mr. Dabloo went on to agree that :
1. Mr. Shrivastava should not have quoted different prices to him and to me.
2. Mr. Dabloo should have called me when he found a discrepancy in the price I had mentioned over the phone and the one he had received from his boss.
However, NEITHER of these can be attributed to any mistake on my or my parents' part. Yet, they were adamant on either charging INR 1800/- for Room 201 or for assigning some other room for INR 1500/-.
Now - this is NOT about a mere INR 300/- (although it is a 20% hike over the quoted price and that too for a 6-7 hour stay). It is about the principle of keeping your word and of good customer service.
Long story short - I will never book a stay here again. If you ever plan to do so (and happen to coordinate a price over the telephone) - be sure to record your conversation because these people change quoted prices faster than a chameleon can change colours.

Absolutely disgusted. NOT RECOMMENDED.
If you ever book a stay with them, be sure to record your conversation while deciding the price because they change it once you reach the property.
