Usual Holiday inn experience apart from air con issues

All you would expect from Holiday inn. Just air conditioning issues.
Room air con not very cooling and the lift was only blowing warm air.
Location was good 50 minutes from Delhi airport less than £10 in an uber.
We stayed half board food was mainly Indian as you would expect but it was very tasty with good choice. No bar.
Its situated in a shopping centre with a range of shops. There's a supermarket in the centre but no alcohol sales only 0% Heineken. We only did one night on a stopover flight. We did have to get visas but still worked out cheaper than staying at the airport, plus we git to see a little of Delhi and the crazy traffic was something else.

Excellent stay!

The reception and housekeeping team provided outstanding service throughout my stay, always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special mention goes to Drishti, who is truly the jewel in the crown. Her exceptional hospitality, dedication, and attention to detail are remarkable and reflect the highest standards of guest care.

Was in 10 floor it was very well maintained and good housekeeping. Anitaji took room very well to clean and very good behavior. We will come when ever get chance

Great experience at hotel
