Do not book this hotel

Had really bad experience with this hotel, made a booking via booking.com more than 2 months in advance , on arrival we were denied rooms even after confirmed booking status, we were 15 guests including 70 year old to children, we arrived around 2 am after 10 hour continuous car journey , it was very inconvenient having to look around for hotels at that time of the night , after spending 2 hours we only managed to find a room in different hotel for only 6 guests at very high price , rest of us had to spend night in car, I did not expect this kind of highly unprofessional manner from a hotel like La meridian from Sitara group via booking.com.

Good stay for a family

Good and clean hotel. Food could have been better. We tried to order lunch one afternoon but the kitchen staff spoke to us very rudely.
The reception staff was good. The overall experience was okay.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Guest Handling
My recent experience at Le Méridien was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. I booked two rooms expecting the level of quality and service associated with a premium international hotel brand. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.
Upon entering the rooms, I found that the bed sheets in both rooms were dirty and clearly not up to acceptable hygiene standards. Clean bedding is a basic expectation at any hotel, and discovering this issue in both rooms immediately raised serious concerns about housekeeping practices and overall quality control.
I promptly reported the matter and requested a refund. Instead of receiving a professional and guest-focused response, I was disappointed by how my complaint was handled. During my phone conversation with Sales Manager Ayushi, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. Despite the cleanliness issues, my request for a refund was refused.
I would strongly advise future guests to read the cancellation and refund terms very carefully before making a reservation, particularly if booking a prepaid or non-refundable rate. Based on my experience, obtaining a resolution may be difficult even when there are legitimate service concerns.
For a hotel carrying the Le Méridien name, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, accountability, and customer service. Sadly, this stay failed to meet those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Totally no

V bad experience...don't go with the name...no cleanliness , bed sheets r dirty n torn...shower no water only in tap ...
Charging high rate but no service...the property is build up near drainage pipes...resturant is v shaby ...ac not working at resturant ..
