The best in the Town

Stayed at The Sparrow during a short 2-day trip to Kanyakumari with my mom, and it genuinely became one of the most memorable parts of our journey.
The hostel has a very peaceful and comforting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed. Unlike many crowded tourist stays, this place felt calm, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors were clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, and the overall vibe felt very community-oriented.
What I personally loved most was the slow and peaceful energy of the place — especially during mornings and evenings. It felt like the kind of stay where you could genuinely unwind after exploring Kanyakumari.
The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions while still feeling away from noise and chaos.
If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful travel experiences, peaceful environments, and cozy hostel vibes, I’d definitely recommend The Sparrow

I loved my stay here !! It was calm, comfortable, convenient and good to meet and connect with travellers.

It was perfect stay for me as a solo female backpacker. It was easily accessible from the railway station just near the stay and it was a very peaceful location as well. The staff was very kind and helpful during my stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all basic necessities. It was definitely worth the price I paid for 3 nights here. They have a small common area where me and a few other travellers had meals together. You can use the kitchen to cook your own meals which is a plus point. It was a very free and comforting atmosphere and I would recommend all backpackers to opt for it !!
They also have great private rooms for families and groups.
