Good leisure place

We had visited this place with our friends and family.The staff are polite and helpful.Food was excellent and tasteful.Very nice place to visit.Our overall experience was very good and hope to visit this place again.

Negative 10 points: pathetic , aweful ,traumatic experience.

1. Unhygienic rooms - Stinky toilets, rooms. On bed and sofa you can see a layer of dust.
2. Fraud owner - sent pictures of rooms does not match with actual rooms.
3. Rude, misbehaved and pervert staff : argued with me and my lady friend, with obligatory actions. Took videos of us.
4. Hope I could give negative markings which is unfortunately not allowed.
We did not stayed here.
My humble suggestion, never ever ever ever ever book this hotel. But if you still wish to, i wish you all the luck.
It was my first and last visit to matheran because of this "lodge"!

Good experience

I like service and support from staff. I was stay here for two days with friends. Nice environmental condition surround place. Peaceful area. Room was cleaned and spacious and well maintained. There was basic amenities available.

Good for short trip

I had stayed here for 2 nights and am not satisfied. The rooms were not clean and were cleaned by staff next day. However, breakfast ordered was tasty. Service of the staff was really good. Also there was a small pool.

My first Poor Experience with Way Side Inn

Hello Viewers,
Let me share my poor experience with this hotel. Myself and my wife we both stayed here for just one night in Honeymoon Suite Room and got a very poor treatment. I will never recommend anyone to stay over here..
1) Bath Tab was so dirty no one will have bath. After several reminders it was cleaned
2) Toilet commode was so pathetic that dirty frogs were roaming around here and there. It was also cleaned at the end of the evening
3) Before booking requested to set up candle light dinner for us but it was arranged so badly i can't imagine. No candle stand it was kept in a small steel bowl.
4) There is confusion about my check in and check out time. While booking they confirmed that my check out will be 10:00 AM. But suddenly ask us to do check out 9:00 AM. and that too immediately do check out or else will charge for the next day.
5) We reached Saturday 26 Nov 10:30 AM but no breakfast just coffiee and same next day morning 10:30 while doing check-out no breakfast.
Postive Feedback
Even after all these negative feedback but one good positive thing is Food is very good and special thanks to the person who serve us food.
