Large apartment with 3 bedrooms with en-suite, kitchen and living area. Room was a little dated. Breakfast was limited and not great and little atmosphere. Pool was a good size but was 5 minute walk away in another building with broken deck chairs and not used much. Over ok and value for money.

PATHETIC , WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lalco Residency, Mumbai.
The problems started the moment I checked in. I was clearly informed that the amount I had paid included breakfast. However, after I entered the room, I received a call from the staff saying that breakfast was not included. When I questioned this contradiction, instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was bluntly told that I could simply check out. This happened in the middle of the night. The staff’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. His name was Vishal
The room itself was in terrible condition, and the bathroom was equally unhygienic and poorly maintained. It was nowhere close to the standard expected for the price being charged.
To make matters worse, they charged an outrageous ₹118 for a single bottle of mineral water. Basic amenities were also a struggle—we had to repeatedly call the reception just to get towels delivered.
Overall, the entire experience felt poorly managed and dishonest. The misleading information regarding breakfast, the rude behavior of the staff, the substandard room condition, and the excessive charges for basic necessities made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.
I would strongly advise travelers to avoid Lalco Residency, Mumbai, and choose a property that values honesty, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Beware of the traffic noise

The rooms are good the restaurant serves nice food, service staff were very professional and provided good service. Photo of pool misleading the pool is not a the Residency where you stay. Traffic noise is terrible, very loud & non stop 24 hours a day making a good night sleep impossible. We had leave 7 days early to another hotel. Desk manager arrogant, knowing that an Uber was waiting she refused to provide me with change after paying for additional items. A nice little going away ripoff. I would not recommend this Residency.

It is an old apartment that needs renovation. Living room furniture had all kinds of stains on it. It takes courage to sit on that! Bathroom had no soap. Dispensers did not indicate what was inside. Flush was leaking. Old pillows! No hangars in cupboard. Shower was a needle spray!
Will never go back!
