Good food Good stay

Very good stay in bhimtal staff is very good & cooperatives specially manager vinod shing is very coperaitve person food quality is very good & higenic nearby all activities at bhimtal I suggest to stay here & enjoy with family & friends.

Not Worthy

its an overpriced hotel as compared to service it offered, bedsheets are not clean, I dont find them customer friendly, location is not good, average on food quality, overall not worthy nor value for money.

Pathetic experience with reservation team

Very bad experience with Rajni ji ,
we have booked the hotel in advance but not confirm our booking , at the last moment we suffer amy problem in bhimtal finally wer got best hotel compare maya residency
please ignore all tourist & travel agent

One of the finest experience and stay in nainital and bhimtal

We stayed at Maya regency for 3 nights. Trust me they have the best food and service. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I believe they have set a very high benchmark for hospitality Nd service industry. We are extremely happy and satisfied with Maya Regency bhimtal and its entire staff and services. We had a great stay. I highly recommend any one visiting bhimtal or nainital to book a stay here.

The stay cost us double because we lost our tab from room and never found

You should work on their security part , we lost our real me tab from the room a day before we check out and still it's a mystry. Please take this as advise and make sure that this should not happen with any other guests in future. Losing your belonging worth more then your stay is not going to make nice impression on hotel image. I have average ranking because the food was good rooms were okay.
