Very disappointing

My experience at Allure Lakefront was very disappointing. The room was dirty and looked nothing like the photos shown online. For ₹4000 per night, I expected a clean and comfortable stay, but the condition of the room was terrible — completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also a letdown , tasteless, and lacked variety.
When I requested a different room due to the condition, the staff repeatedly said that all rooms were full. However, we clearly saw that the room next to ours was vacant, yet they still refused to help or cooperate. On top of that, the swing (jhula) on the property was broken, adding to the overall neglected vibe of the place.
It felt like a total waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent and honest hospitality experience.

Worst Experience

I cannot recommend this hotel. I had a confirmed booking, but upon arriving from Delhi, I discovered that my room had been given to someone else who was willing to pay more. While I understand that hotels need to maximize profits, I believe they should have informed me in advance or canceled my reservation so I could find alternatives. It's crucial to respect guests' time, especially when they are traveling from long distances.

High Unprofessional - Avoid If you can

We reserved a room at the hotel with a free cancellation policy at least one week in advance. However, I had to cancel and receive a refund from the hotel owing to a personal emergency—my aunt passed away during that period. They haven't returned calls or picked up for the past two months.

Don't go to Allure lake front go at your own risk

This is the worst Experience I have ..they have just hired 2-3 local boys to cater your demands and it's all risky to be there ...where I stay in a room the door was like even I can break with one solid push the utensils in a room has not been washed for ages tv not working..you are at their mercy and they don't care once you have paid ....please don't go to this place go at your own risk ....view is good but the worst ever service you can imagine..Better to stay hotel near Mall road ...they chare you So much for such a pathetic food

Very bad experience

The property is pathetic. Even not a single things was as expected, they charging like a 4 star but service Nd quality is below the local hotel.
First of all, room was not neat, all over dust and cob webs. Second appliances were there just for sake of it, frigde was unstable, tv was not working, water was leaking, kitchen was too dirty to use. No welcome drink not even cold water to drink.
Food service was like hell, very limited option. On top of that they dont have tandoor items, which we look out at hill stations. Available items too very costly and taste less. Service was super delayed and very unprofessional staff.
We stayed for one day, whole day their wifi didn't worked. All other things mentioned like barbeque, bornfire, dining area were just for writing, nothing was available.
We went with a small baby and regretted our decision, their kitchen was workinh for very limited time, we didnt even got food n milk when required.
Please dont go at this place, not recommended at all.
