Very bad if it available free of cost I will never suggest to stay there

I stayed at Opo Alpino for 6 days with 2 rooms, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.
No dustbins in the rooms.
No towels provided.
After 2 p.m., no room cleaning service available.
The reception manager is very rude – he even asked me for extra personal money, and when I refused, he told me to checkout immediately.
He also misbehaved, saying “why are you drunk, drinking and coming to the hotel is not allowed”, and even started threatening me with police.
Totally unprofessional management, no service, and very bad behavior. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Filthy hole

Forced to stay here as the Viva Palace I'd booked through booking.com had no rooms for us when we arrived , I think part of a chain of hotels . They sent us down the road to this place who soon took out money which was the same price as Viva Palace. The room was disgusting , a filthy bedspead , unsafe electric sockets with holes in the wall and builders banging at the walls till around midnight , the towels were like dirty rags and I couldn't wait to get out of the dump , i barely slept that night . We complained but never got any reaction from the staff , a shrug of the shoulders because they don't give a damn as long as they have your money .
I would never choose a hotel with such poor reviews but had no choice as Viva Palace scammed us .

Worst hotel in Mahipalpur

We stayed in OPO hotel in Mahipalpur for two nights on our visit to New Delhi. It was our first time in India and it was a sudden trip. Since we didnt book a hotel online we went there and talk to the hotel receptionist and he told us it was 3000inr per night. Since we were very tired we booked the hotel without checking any other. We checked this price on the booking.com and it was only 2500inr there but we didn’t mind that thinking we were supporting them. It was very very cold in Delhi and the temperature was 4’C. When i tried to have a shower at night the freaking hot water was not working it had worked when my fiance had a bath but not for me. And when we called to complaint they did not answer the phone. I had to boil some water from the kettle and wash my face. The second day they did not even give us water bottles nor tea or coffee packets as they must and the people working there are very unfriendly and you can’t possibly ask them anything because they won’t even smile at you.
The day we checked out we were 30mins late to the checkout and they had the audacity to charge us 1000 rupees when we clearly asked them for a late checkout the previous day. They were very unprofessional when I questioned them and they raised their voices at us and it was almost like they wanted to hit us. This was our first trip as husband and wife and we were very excited to visit India again but OPO hotel made us hate visiting India again.
Never stay at this hotel it is absolutely the worst they won’t even talk to you in English they raise their voices in Hindi very well knowing that we don’t understand a thing. The receptionist is the worst. Absolutely horrific place. 0/10.
