Cozy in the city and budget friendly

The revamped riomar is the coziest I’ve found close to miramar beach. If living in panjim is your choice then this is a must visit place to stay in. Lovely staff and hospitality. The ac rooms with balconies are the best as you can feel the ocean even in the city and cages are literally walking distance away. Like cream choc and perfect cup.

Horrible experience with rude staff

The reception Anand Chandra Das is extremely rude. He doesnt have the basic courtsey of talking to people. The first room we were given had no cupboard. Just few hooks on the wall. The AC was also not working so we were shifted to another room where thankfully there was a cupboard. Then this fellow tells us that we were complaining about lacl of cupboard and so he gave us one. A cupboard is a basic amenety. And we are paying good money ..shoukd be not expect the basics??
Then everytime he talks he creates such unpleasant situation. We have come for a vacation and dont want this kit kit every time.
There is no proper parking space. You just somehow manage with others in the little space out front.

Would love to give 420 stars.

Though it was a cheap hotel, but there are certain itineraries which are included in ur tariff. These services are not available in any hotel.
1. Free spider and spider webs under the chairs and inside the wardrobe
2. A showpiece called TV which has no connection as the owner is unable to pay the dues.
3. Disco lights in the bathroom which will start dancing after 5 minutes of turning on.
And now coming to things which are not included in ur tariff.
1. You won't get a dustbin in your room despite repeated asking. So you have to carry plastic bags.
2. You won't get an in house restaurant here. So you have to bring food from outside. But you will not get any plates and spoons here.
3. You will not be allowed to bring any guest to your room as the owner lady gets jealous of it.
4. Better keep all ur clothes inside your bags only as the wardrobe contains various kinds of insects.
5. There is a beautiful night lamp above the bed but it has no bulb.
6. Only 2 charging points but almost 2 km away from the bed.
And most importantly, the photos given by the hotel doesn't match with the actual scenario. So before booking this hotel keep these things in mind and be prepared with all the things before going.
The staffs were ok though.
