Amazing Nature Getaway Near Pune – Perfect Family & Couple Resort in Mulshi
I recently stayed at The Foresta Resort Mulshi and had an excellent experience. If you are looking for a luxury resort near Pune surrounded by nature, this is one of the best places to visit. The resort is located amidst the beautiful Sahyadri Hills and offers breathtaking valley views, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you completely disconnect from city life.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a beautiful balcony view. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity swimming pool overlooking the lush green landscape. The property is perfect for families, couples, corporate outings, and weekend getaways near Pune.
The food was delicious, with a good variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The staff was courteous, responsive, and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable.
What I loved most was the peaceful environment, beautiful sunsets, and the overall luxury experience combined with nature. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a romantic escape, or simply searching for the best resort near Mulshi and Pune, The Foresta Resort is definitely worth visiting.

Extremely disappointing experience at The Foresta Resort & Spa.
Extremely disappointing experience at The Foresta Resort & Spa.
We had specifically booked 3 Pool View Suite rooms directly through Mr. Akash and chose to book with the resort instead of a third-party app to avoid any booking issues. Despite receiving confirmation, we were informed at check-in that the rooms were unavailable because the booking had not been properly updated with the team.
Instead of the pool view suites we had paid for, we were offered cheaper backside rooms with no view. Our guests had traveled all the way from Nagpur for a staycation and were left disappointed.
What was most concerning was that the balance payment was collected first, and only afterwards were we informed that the booked rooms were not available. We were promised a refund for the difference in room rates and even received confirmation by email. However, more than 15 days later, the refund has still not been processed, and our calls and messages are being ignored.
This reflects extremely poor management and raises serious concerns about the resort’s booking and refund practices. Taking payment for rooms that cannot be provided and then failing to issue the promised refund is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and professional hospitality experience.
