I stayed there because i already paid them in advance.
i have given 2 only because of the tandoori chicken i had there .
Rooms are not clean and sheets and pillows are dirty , i booked the rooms from goibibo and because i put the review they tried to convene me for updating it which was not good because their staff and hospitality is very poor. i generally never prefer to give bad reviews if there is small amount of mistake but the staffs were unprofessional and untrained and un managed. Only thing was railway station is very near and food was lil cheaper .

Accommodation & services
Broken taps, non functional equipments, lift non operational.
We checked in around 8pm but room is not ready. As it seem they use room for other purpose too.
Its not a hotel, a bit better than local guest house.
Never recommend to get in this.
I had booked through make my trip by looking 3.5star. That makes question on star rating even. As entries are seems to be fake.

My Room was booked on phone the same day & at odd hours of night ( 3 am ) i was in my bed within 5 minutes of check in.Thanks to location ( just outside the Railway station ) i could reach hotel easily at odd hours .
Rooms & Service were good & staff is very helpful.Excellent breakfast served hot ( with proper in room information ) is one nice thing i like.Even staff will call your room & ask for Dinner etc which i hardly found at any other place.
The best thing i like about hotel is that they happily allowed me stay over 28 hours with charging tariff of a day only.

Terrible place to live
Owners unbothered about the guests and obviously the staff also follows the suit.
This hotel should be your last option to stay in Ganganagar.
The room we stayed was terrible. The washrooms we too stinky and dirty.
