not my best suggestion.
The service throughout our stay was noticeably slow. While the food was decent, the biggest disappointment was the hospitality. The staff generally appeared disengaged and uninterested in attending to guests. Interactions lacked warmth and professionalism, communication was often poor, and requests took an unusually long time to be addressed.
What was particularly frustrating was how guest complaints were handled. Concerns raised by our family seemed to be taken very casually, with little sense of urgency or genuine effort to resolve them. At times, it even felt as though these complaints became topics of discussion which were pointed with other members of the family too, which seemed really unprofessional. I do not recommend my kids being dragged and having to discuss a complaint I register.
Overall, the property has potential, but the lack of attentive service and hospitality significantly impacted our experience.

Things are good but rooms need improvement as walls of the room are damp and paints are chipped. Staff is great.
