Just perfect

Well here we are again just spent 8 weeks at marine palace Dec/jan had a perfect stay staff are friendly nothing is to much for them to serve you This hotel is ideally situated for everything there is taxi, tuktuk ranks just outside beach 2 minutes away it as a bar and restaurant if needed unfortunately no taxi anymore which was handy for trips ect the pool area is clean and relaxing kids loved it finally SRI The manager goes beyond his duties to make your stay perfect also Sheila she supplies the sweets and is also friendly. I can recommend this hotel for families couples and solo travellers we will be back without a doubt 5⭐️ service for 3 ⭐️ prices perfect location.

Very bad behaved deskstaff "Sheela" .she quarls n shouts at guests. No backup during power cut in hot afternoon.

Front desk staff Sheela started calling me to vacate our room from 11 am although we booked room upto 8 pm.
At 5pm she again started poking us rudely ... she stopped harrashing when I said I will go to police as I have my booking in written....
No generator backup during 3 hr powercut 1pm to 4pm hot afternoon.

We hope you booked directly with us and our check in time and check out time is 12 pm,and if we have granted any extra time because of war max it will be 4 pm and may we have a reason for your late check out.
Most importantly we are short of energy for generator,being war situation we cant buy diesel in cans which is not permitted.
Hence We politely request you to change your review.

Great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marine Palace. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was the staff — they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing is too big or too small for them, and they genuinely go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We travelled with our 18 month old and they were very accommodating for her also.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kovalam and would happily stay here again.

Perfect for long or short stay

Just spent a month at the palace what can I say it was brilliant from start to finish the staff are all friendly and honest also very welcoming the hotel rooms are bright and airy with a fan and air con.It’s got its also has its own restaurant and bar it also has a pool which is on the roof and clean and peaceful. SRI The manager was amazing couldn’t do enough for you along with all his staff it was that good I am going back in the new year with all the family can’t fault it at all the location is also perfect for everything.

Excellent property, very good service, attention to details and very warm and welcoming staff.

My stay at Marine Palace hotel Kovalam was very comfortable and enjoyable. From the beginning, it was clear that the hotel owner and his wife were proud of their hotel and made every effort to make guests feel great. They were incredibly kind and sympathetic, always available to help with any questions. You could see that owners and staff paid a lot of attention to detail.
The hotel staff were friendly, professional and attentive, always ready to do their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Their dedication and commitment to customer service really stood out.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and inside there is a swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing ample space for relaxation and relaxation
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back here next time!
