Worst Experience by far. Read the review to get a idea
1. Check-in Experience: We in fact reached at 4:30, a good 30 minutes past check-in time. We had to stand and wait for 45 minutes to get our room. The reason given was that staff has gone to turn-on the AC.
2. These guys are extremely understaffed. Any request we place with them did not get attended to until we followed up 3-4 times.
3. Power went off in the living room and one of the rooms of our apartment and we had to wait a good 3 hours for someone to show up.
4. They do not do house keeping during the day. We had to call them and follow up multiple times. One guys showed up after 2 hours. He was just planning to scrub the toilet and go back. We literally had to stand in front to make sure he cleans the entire suite. For our other rooms, they did not even clean. Reason given was that they do not have a spare key! Unbelievable. The corridor where the rooms are, are filled with dust.
5. Their restaurant food was decent. Though they missed items for our room-service order, they did ensure it got taken care of and delivered quickly.
6. Here is the worst part. We were in the lift with small kids and power went off. Neither emergency button worked nor the call button worked. There was no phone signal as well. Had to keep banging the door hoping someone would hear and get us help. After a 20 minut ordeal, had to force open the door and come out. Things can't get scarier than this.

Terrible Experience at Hermes Resort & Spa: Not Worth Your Money
My Worst Hotel Experience Ever
I recently stayed at Hermes Resort & Spa, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel.
• Power cuts with no backup — The property had frequent power failures and absolutely no functioning backup system.
• Unhygienic, ill-kept rooms — Rooms were allotted only after one full hour of waiting, despite full advance payment and booking done a month earlier. Even worse, the rooms were not cleaned properly. Bed sheets were unchanged from the previous guest, and the overall maintenance was terrible.
• Unprofessional room service — They took three hours to send a “clean” room, which still wasn’t actually cleaned. Even basic items like tea bags and pouches were not provided, despite repeated requests and even visiting the front desk personally.
• Bad food quality — The food served was below average, not fresh, and definitely not worth the price.
• Poorly dressed, untrained staff — The staff appeared ill-dressed, unkempt, and completely unprofessional. The front desk team was not friendly or helpful at all.
• Dirty and gloomy ambience — The entire property felt neglected. There was fungus on the walls, a damp and gloomy smell everywhere, and even cockroaches roaming inside the room. Completely unacceptable for a resort that claims to be premium.
Honestly, I could not find a single good thing inside the hotel.
The only positive — The beach is close by. But the hotel itself is nowhere near beach-resort standards.
Not recommended at all. Avoid if you want a peaceful vacation
