It's a scam..stay away..

This is a scam they have a self checkin system and theydon't send codes to access the apartment. Locals later told us that they had been defrauding people like this frequently.

Fraud without refund - we strongly advise against!

We, a family of a total of 4 people, had booked an apartment for two nights directly through the homepage of living 8 WITHOUT time limit of check-in. Upon arrival at 23:30 we find the apartment locked, the code sent to us via mail does not work. No one can be reached via mail or phone.
We have to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. Even the following day, no one responds to our calls and emails. In the afternoon a short mail, we would have arrived too late. The person in charge, Mr. Tamos, only picks up when we call from other numbers and promises twice to deal with the matter - only to then dive back into unreachability.
We turn to help and the Bad Ischl Tourist Board, both of whom can achieve nothing with Mr. Tamos, although they agree with us.
The Conciliation Board of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economic Affairs is making one last attempt, and Mr. Tamos does not give any feedback here either. All we have left is legal recourse.
