A wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast and extremely clean, beautiful rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal.

Great place to stay in Innsbruck

Absolute best hotel in Innsbruck, they are so accommodating with special requests, always let me drop luggage early or leave bags for the day. The location is the best you can get and the rooms are always super nice. Though it is on the luxurious side, there are often good last minute deals and the value for money makes it super worth it. I've stayed numerous times, sometimes for work and sometimes for holidays and it is always a pleasure.

We keep coming back to Hotel Innsbruck!

We have stayed at Hotel Innsbruck multiple times, and have brought new friends with us each time. The rooms and spa are lovely, the service is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The location is great - convenient to everything Innsbruck has to offer. We are planning another trip and will stay there in 2027.

Wonderful stay at Das Innsbruck with our three children. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool area was lovely for the children after a day exploring. We felt it offered really good value for money and would happily stay again as a family.

Really great hotel, staff are friendly and the pool was great, nice and quiet. Children are allowed until 6pm. Breakfast was very varied and you could order eggs the way you like.
