Beautiful property with a superb location.

A superb natural location mountains, lakes and forests for a super comfortable establishment, close to the castles of Louis II of Bavaria, and ski slopes. The staff is very nice, from the reception to the restaurant through the floors, thanks especially to Foteini , Kevin and Livina ( Breakfast is to fall)!

Weekend breakaway

This place is very good. Breakfast has good options not like the dinner. Room is very clean, beds are really comfy! Unfortunately we were not able to try the gym and the swimming pool but we looked at it and they are very nice! Hotel is between mountains which give a beautiful view. Mountains also give the cosy vibe. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Experience to forget as soon as possible

Bad hotel, poor hygiene, rudeness and arrogance of the staff. The staff did not speak Italian (and this may be tolerable) but they also did not speak English. The food was poor quality presented on buffet perpetually covered with flies. There is no wi fi connection available except for a subscription that gives you a golden weight navigation of two gigs!!!!! The rooms are uncomfortable, cramped and with the bathroom exposed with a curtain that should guarantee some privacy. Incompetent staff are disorganized without any preparation or notion of reception

Expected more from a 4 star hotel

At a 4 star hotel I expect a minibar and body lotion in the room. Rooms are very noisy. Room service was very good. As a registered group of 40 people, all your details, address, etc., had to be entered again. There were queues all the time - lines at the reception, at the buffet, at the coffee machine...

Very cozy hotel...but with a negative point...

The location is very good, close to Plansee and Rewutte, but still in the middle of the forests. The hotel has a modern but very cozy design.
The room is spacious and can accommodate 3 people. The bathroom is complete, but could be a bit larger.
The dinner was very good, but the breakfast was better.
The swimming pool and sauna provide relaxation after a day of skiing.
The ski and boot room is the best we've ever seen.
Only one point overshadows the report and prevents the hotel from getting the maximum score. Check-out time is too early (10:00) and there is also no sauna or pool on Sunday mornings.
Nevertheless, it is quite possible that we will come back.
