Mixed experience but to evaluate for a new stay

First of all, it should be noted that this is not a hotel but rather several Airbnb-type apartments.
Welcoming is done exclusively by message (email or WhatsApp). The information received makes it easy to reach the apartment.
No elevator to access the rooms, so it is a bit complicated with the “heavy” suitcases.
The apartment is of good size, well arranged and includes the necessary for a short stay.
The residence is located 10-12 minutes from the city center on foot. Public parking is available (little availability) about 4-5 minutes walk for about 20 euros per day. Outdoor spaces are scarce.
Mixed experience on our side despite the apartment which was nice for a family.

We were very disappointed because it was not a hotel but a room in a building. It should not have been advertised as a hotel. It had a small room, no service, no closet, and no elevator (big stairs if you have big bags). The good things were the location and decoration. But it was not comfortable at all.

Bad option

It's not a hotel. It is an apartment without any service or personal assistance. It is on the first floor of a property with very steep stairs and no elevator.
The apartment is very small, very dark and noisy (facing a busy avenue.
