Centrally located
I stayed on a 4 night solo trip and loved it. It is so central with the Habsburg palace and St Stephens cathedral minutes away. It was spotless and charming. Rooms are up a lot of steps but there is an elevator. Breakfast was great and the price is so reasonable for such a central spot.

First of all it is not a boutique hotel but an old guesthouse. The door on the street is not exclusive because in the same building on the mezzanine floor and on the first there are ufficio.la reception is on the second floor with some rooms. The others on the third and fourth. I booked a room with booking and for the first time in 15 years of business trips they gave me the ugliest room. The most serious thing is that they sold and charged for a room where WiFi service is not there. And because it's indoors and it overlooks a cavedio, there's no phone line either. My dispassionate advice, forget about this nightmare place. Despite my requests to change rooms not only did not change it because they claim not to have others available but even said it with arrogance as if it were my fault! Bad pension, bad service, bad staff. Look at the attached photos for bath and shower. The cost is way too high compared to what they don't offer.
After leaving I add two important notes one on breakfast and one on staff. The staff is rude and arrogant and never inclined to meet the customer. The customer is an uncomfortable person to treat a disrespectful way. Breakfast is miserable, the croissants are frozen and thawed, the backsplash on which the cakes were placed had the same cakes for 3 consecutive mornings, the yogurt was lumpy, the apples old. On the fourth day, having more time, I had breakfast outside and found that with 14 euros you can make a fantastic breakfast. So comparing what you can have in a bar for 14 euros is what the hotel offers as breakfast included the value of the proposed breakfast is no more than 5 euros. Final tip: check carefully if you decide to go. I hope that this review of mine will make the owner understand that he has made bad management and personnel choices.

Viyana'nın Kalbinde Konforlu Bir Konaklama | A Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Vienna
Boutique Hotel Nossek'in en büyük avantajı kesinlikle konumu. Şehrin tam merkezinde olduğu için başta Stephansplatz olmak üzere birçok turistik noktaya yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Toplu taşıma seçenekleri de çok yakın, bu da ulaşımı oldukça kolaylaştırıyor. Odalar beklediğimden daha geniş ve konforluydu. Tek olumsuz nokta ise Wi-Fi bağlantısının oldukça yavaş olmasıydı. Eğer oteli sadece dinlenmek ve uyumak için kullanmayı planlıyorsanız, konumu sayesinde Viyana'yı keşfetmek için çok başarılı bir tercih olacaktır.

The biggest advantage of Boutique Hotel Nossek is definitely its location. Situated right in the heart of Vienna, you can easily walk to Stephansplatz and many other major attractions. Public transportation is also just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The rooms were more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The only downside was the very slow Wi-Fi connection. If you're mainly looking for a place to sleep while spending your days exploring Vienna, this hotel is an excellent choice thanks to its unbeatable location.

Central location, very slow wi-fi
We stayed two nights at this hotel. The location is right in the center of town. Even with large crowds on the street below, the room was quiet. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Staff were also pleasant to deal with. However, the wifi in the hotel was either slow or non-existent which is problematic when you are traveling and buying tickets on line.

lovely get away
we are just finishing a four night stay here . The hotel is in a really good location , clean with friendly staff. are room was lovely , nice and big and all everything we needed . breakfast is ok sometime there not much room for people to sit down and slow at time but it not enough to put me off definitely would come back and stay here again
