Wonderful hotel and amazingly nice staff

Amazing hotel. Clean and cozy. Wonderful staff specially Milya from Croatia in the restaurant.she is so caring and kind, you feel you are a guest in her home. So hospitable. Good location next to a huge street Mariahilfer for shopping and food and spend quality time.

A home away from home

Sometimes, on our travels around the world, we stumble into a corner that the world somehow failed to spoil. A hidden gem that hasn't been commercialized yet, or a magical paradise that's impossible to put into words. And such is Hotel Josephine in Vienna, right on Mariahilfer Strasse.
Truly magical retro rooms, an à la carte breakfast with the kitchen's "mama", Milja, who personally looks after every guest as if they were her own child.
There isn't a single person working at this hotel who isn't welcoming, not a single staff member who won't do everything—absolutely everything—to make you happy.
I've stayed in deluxe 5-star hotels—not just one, and not just ten.
This hotel is simply magical. Period.
But don't come here, so I always have a place to come back to.

Great hotel ideally located but be cautious with the reservation system of the hotel …

A very beautiful hotel with a nice crew very good bed, great breakfast very quiet and ideally located. The cocktail bar that is in the low floor is also a must.
So I had a great experience for our 3 days stay in Wien, the only problem was due to their reservation’s system I was sure that my reservation 2 months in advance was taken into account which was not the case, I should have been more careful but still it was unpleasant and of the receptionist made an offer I still had to pay 120 euros more than the price I initially had …
Still besides this technical pb I highly recommend this hotel.

Eurostars Josefine, Excellent hotel

We spent a few days and felt at home, very good service, we were treated with great kindness and attention, I want to mention all the staff, Maia the director, Georgia at reception, Malja at breakfast, and also a mention to Emilian.
A hotel with very original decor located in one of the best areas of Vienna, Mariahilf, a commercial area and close to almost everything. The room was very comfortable overall. The à la carte breakfast was a 10, just like the staff.
We recommend it 100%
